The full lid means you don't have to worry about handling the cap once your canned goods have been opened and stored in the refrigerator. The cap and lid allow you to can in bulk with one-, two- or three-liter jars. For preserves that don't need to be heat-treated, the bright orange screw-top lid screws on and off easily and clearly identify which of your canned goods have been heat-treated in the pantry or refrigerator. Made from flexible yet sturdy plastic, these durable lids won't rust or corrode, and they can be washed and reused.
The 3L size is good for family-sized soups or sauces, full pickles, and vegetables, whole tomatoes and fruits, kimchi, and sauerkraut. 101 oz capacity. 10.75" tall. Comes standard with a 110 mm two-part sealing cap and full lid. Standalone plastic cap sold separately.
