RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
When you buy from Grange Co-op, we want to make sure you’re happy! That’s why all products purchased from Grange Co-op have a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Within the first 30 days, feel free to return any product that is damaged, defective, or does not perform to the standards advertised. Click here to contact our customer service department. Quick as we can, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
When you reach the Help page, click that little dropdown arrow and choose the Returns option. You’ll need the information in the list below, most of which you’ll find on the Order Confirmation email you received or, if you printed your confirmation at the time you placed your order. If you no longer have the email or the printout, no need to panic: please provide whatever info you can and we’ll track down your order for you.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of your return. To receive your refund, items must be received in the same condition they were shipped to you. Your credit will be issued to the credit card account on record for the purchase. Credits should show up on your card statement 3-5 business days after we process the refund. If, for some reason, we’re unable to issue the credit to your card, we will mail you a refund check.
If you are returning a defective product, your refund will include both the amount you paid for the item and your original freight and handling charge. Grange Co-op reserves the right to determine whether an item is defective or does not meet advertised standards.
If an item is returned simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase, or a wearable item because it did not fit, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We will send you a return label and deduct the fees from the refund amount. Return fees will not exceed the rate the preferred shipping service charges to ship the order back to our distribution center.
