When you buy from, we want to make sure you’re happy! That’s why all products purchased from have a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Within the first 30 days, feel free to return any product that is damaged, defective, or does not perform to the standards advertised.

Click here to contact our customer service department. Quick as we can, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.

When you reach the Help page, click that little dropdown arrow and choose the Returns option. You’ll need the information in the list below, most of which you’ll find on the Order Confirmation email you received or, if you printed your confirmation at the time you placed your order. If you no longer have the email or the printout, no need to panic: please provide whatever info you can and we’ll track down your order for you.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of your return. To receive your refund, items must be received in the same condition they were shipped to you. Your credit will be issued to the credit card account on record for the purchase. If, for some reason, we’re unable to issue the credit to your card, we will mail you a refund check.

If you are returning a defective product, your refund will include both the amount you paid for the item and your original freight and handling charge. reserves the right to determine whether an item is defective or does not meet advertised standards.

If an item is returned simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase, or a wearable item because it did not fit, we will send you one prepaid shipping label to return the paid item to us. Once we receive the item in re-saleable condition, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item minus a $10 restocking fee. Once we process your refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
