ABOUT US

In 1934, ninety-nine Rogue Valley farmers each invested $10 to form a cooperative with a simple goal: support local agriculture. They could not have imagined that their small, community-driven effort would grow into Grange Co-op—a multimillion-dollar business serving customers across Southern Oregon and Northern California.

From the beginning, Grange Co-op has been committed to strengthening the agricultural community. That commitment continues today as we expand our products, services, and retail footprint. Our feed mill remains the only certified organic mill in Southern Oregon, producing Rogue Quality Feeds and certified organic feed tailored to the needs of local farmers and ranchers. We manufacture feed for horses, cattle, sheep, goats, hogs, and poultry, along with a full line of straight grains.

Since the 1960s, when our bulk fertilizer plant was built next to the feed mill, Grange Co-op has supplied farmers with top-quality Rogue Fertilizers. We produce and blend conventional fertilizers formulated to meet the unique demands of our region. Our agricultural offerings also include crop protection products—herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides—as well as fertilizer spreader rentals. Farmers and landscapers rely on our Fertilizer & Professional Products team for expert advice, field calls, soil sampling, and personalized consultation.

Beyond agriculture, Grange Co-op is proud to offer an extensive selection of products for farm and ranch, lawn and garden, pets, wild birds, home, and outdoor living. From unique gifts and seasonal décor to patio furniture, barbecues, clothing, and footwear, our stores are designed to serve the diverse needs of our communities. We also provide rental equipment for farm, ranch, lawn, and garden projects. Our knowledgeable staff has built a reputation for exceptional service and a personal touch.

Over the past eight decades, Grange Co-op has grown steadily to include multiple retail locations, including White City (2008, expanded in 2023), Klamath Falls (expanded in 2009), and our largest store in Yuba City (2017). The 2023 expansion of our White City store increased retail space from 9,500 to more than 22,000 square feet, expanded the nursery from 2,800 to 15,500 square feet, and added our first do-it-yourself dog wash station and a Mellelo coffee bar. This location also houses our Business Office. South of the Rogue Valley, Grange Co-op Yuba City continues to serve Yuba and Sutter Counties with a full selection of farm, ranch, lawn, garden, and pet supplies. Our Klamath Falls store expanded from 5,000 to 22,000 square feet, offering the same comprehensive product mix and services found in our Southern Oregon locations, along with expanded automotive, hardware, clothing, and sporting goods departments.

Expanding Our Reach: Redding Store Opened August 2025

In August 2025, Grange Co-op proudly opened its newest retail store in Redding, California. This location brings our full range of products, services, and expertise to the Redding community, strengthening our presence in Northern California and supporting the needs of local farmers, ranchers, homeowners, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Grange on the Go: Convenient Curbside Pickup

In 2025, GrangeCoop.com introduced Grange On the Go, a curbside pickup service designed to make shopping faster and more convenient. Customers can browse and purchase a wide selection of products online and pick up their order curbside at their preferred Grange Co-op location—reflecting our commitment to innovation and accessibility.

As we continue to grow, we remain focused on the values that shaped our cooperative from the beginning. We embrace new technologies and evolving customer needs, including our website, GrangeCoop.com, which allows customers to research products, shop online, and use convenient in-store pickup. Our GrangeKnows articles provide trusted information to help customers make informed decisions at home or in the field.

With deep roots in the communities we serve and a strong vision for the future, Grange Co-op remains a cornerstone of the region. Whether supporting 4-H and FFA members or paying dividends to our patrons, we continue to honor our cooperative heritage while adapting to meet the needs of today’s customers.
