2026 GRANGE COOPERATIVE SUPPLY ASSOCIATION BYLAWS AMENDMENT VOTE
The Board approved and is recommending Member approval of minor bylaw revisions regarding the annual director Nominating Committee: The changes are in Bylaw Article III Section 2: To delete "former directors" and insert "other voting agricultural members" and extend the period for Member direct nominations from "45" to "60" days prior to the annual meeting.
