SKU: 2103455
UPC: 0804273106144
$26.99

Finishing Touch is designed to get the ideal degree of finish on cattle when time is of the essence. Containing Purina's proprietary Propel particle, the energy density of Finishing Touch allows animals to consume more calories in fewer total pounds of feed. This is especially helpful when heat stress may be negatively impacting feed intake and weight gain. Formulated with fiber sources such as cottonseed hulls to provide a full, robust look through the center body.

Features
High-Energy Finisher Diet
  • Nutrition that supports overall condition and bloom to produce show cattle with the optimal degree of finish
Contains Purina patented Propel Energy Particle
  • This fat-containing, high-energy particle is a result of the unique Purina manufacturing process
  • Propel energy particle creates a nutrient-rich ration that is dense with energy
  • Promotes daily gain and a rapid deposition of finish
Dense With Energy
  • High-fat/energy diet allows increased calories in smaller total amount of feed – especially helpful during heat stress when feed intake is a challenge
Zinpro Availa 4
  • Balanced combination of zinc, manganese, copper and cobalt
  • Provides critical, highly bioavailable minerals that help support immune function and hoof integrity
Peleton Yeast Feed Additive
  • Thermal stable yeast encapsulation maintains effectiveness of yeast during pelleting
  • Optimized feed digestibility, supporting feed intake and animal performance from Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast
  • PMI Fulfill Feed Additive Mannans (MOS) and beta-glucans support gut integrity and immune-competence
Research Proven
  • Feed it with total confidence, backed by Purina's legendary tradition of fundamental and applied research. Along with thousands of winning entries at local and national shows
Medicated with Deccox (decoquinate)
  • For the prevention of coccidiosis. No withdrawal period prior to slaughter

Feeding Directions
Best Results

Feed at the rate of 2 lb per 100 lb of bodyweight to provide 22.7 mg Decoquinate per 100 lb of body weight (0.5 mg/kg) per day. Feed at least 28 days during period of exposure to coccidiosis or when it is likely to be a hazard.

Caution

Store in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from rodents and insects. Do not feed moldy or insect-infested feed to animals.

Management Practices
  • Monitor body condition of cattle on a regular basis
  • Recommended feeding rates should be adjusted depending on cattle body condition
  • When making a ration change, allow 7 to 10 days for animals to adjust to the new ration
  • Provide adequate feeder space for each animal
  • Provide mineral and salt free choice
  • Provide fresh, clean water near the feeding area

In groups of cattle, there are certain animals that experience chronic bloat or other digestive disturbances and consequently, are poor performers. In addition, excess feed consumption, severe weather changes resulting in erratic feed consumption and poorly managed feeding practices can increase the incidence of bloat in all cattle. If bloat occurs, please review feed management practices.
