Switching Made Simple!
Start with a clean, empty litter box at each transition:
- Fill half the box with Okocat and top off with your current litter for a total of 2-3"
- Use more Okocat and top with less of your current litter
- When your cat is comfortable with the change, fill litter box 2"-3" entirely with Okocat
With regular scooping, litter can last up to 7 weeks.
How to Use Non-clumping Paper Litter
- Pour Okocat paper litter into a clean litter box to the depth of 2"-3"
- Liquid waste is absorbed from the bottom of the pan. Wait a few minutes for all the liquid to be absorbed by the paper pellets
- Remove the soiled paper pellets when they have absorbed the liquid and have fully expanded in size
- Scoop solid waste daily from the top and refill as needed to maintain the desired depth. Replace the litter weekly
- Dispose of waste in an environmentally-friendly waste bag or compost if feasible or flush very small amounts at time carefully
