Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order ships. The email includes the shipment tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your Spam and Junk email folders.

Other Shipping Information

  • Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days. (Orders placed on Friday usually ship Monday.)
  • Orders placed after 1pm Pacific Time will ship on the next business day.
  • Typical delivery within 1-5 business days.
  • In most cases, overnight delivery to Southern Oregon!
  • Delivery not available to P.O. Boxes.
  • In-Store Pickup options will only appear for qualifying items.
  • Interested in a Pallet Delivery? Call us at 844-288-5698 Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm to request a custom quote.
  • The first email you receive after ordering is an order confirmation. You will receive a second email with your tracking information once your order ships.
  • If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. You will receive separate shipping notifications for each package.

  • Grange Co-op reserves the right to substitute an alternate shipping carrier to the one selected during checkout if it will arrive by the same delivery date or an earlier date. If you would prefer to keep your selected carrier, please contact us using the Customer Service form and include your order number in the subject line. You may also call us at 844-288-5698 Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm.
  • Dimensional weight: Shipping carriers’ rates are based on either actual or dimensional weight, whichever is greater. Dimensional weight is based on the package volume. Larger items, even if lightweight, may have higher than expected shipping charges based on their volume. Grange Co-op has negotiated excellent rates with our shipping carriers, and passes these same rates on to our customers.
  • At this time, we cannot ship products containing CBD, or any chemically-based pest control products to Canada.
