Shipping Policy


  • Most orders ship within 24 business hours.
    (Orders placed on Friday usually ship Monday.)
  • Typical delivery within 1-5 business days.
  • In most cases, overnight delivery to Southern Oregon!
  • Delivery not available to P.O. Boxes.
  • Ship to Store and Pallet Delivery options will only appear if ordered items and/or shipping address qualify.
  • The first email you receive after ordering is an order confirmation. You will receive a second, separate email with your tracking information once your order ships.
  • If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times.
    You will receive separate shipping notifications for each package.

  • Grange Co-op reserves the right to substitute an alternate shipping carrier to the one selected during checkout if it will arrive by the same delivery date or an earlier date. If you would prefer to keep your selected carrier, please contact us using the Customer Service form and include your order number in the subject line. You may also call us at 844-288-5698 Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm.
