Application — Bulbs
  • Add 1 tbsp per hole for average size bulbs; more for larger varieties
  • Mix thoroughly into soil and water in well.
Application — Vegetable Gardens & Flower Beds
  • New gardens: 2.5–5 lbs per 100 sq ft; mix into top 3" of soil
  • Transplants: 1–2 tbsp per hole; mix and water in
  • Established plants: side-dress 2–4 oz monthly during growing season.
Application — Containers
  • New plantings: 1–2 tbsp per gallon of soil OR 2.5–5 lbs per cubic yard
  • Established plants: lightly mix 1–2 tbsp per gallon monthly.
Application — Trees & Shrubs
  • Established: spread 1 lb per 2" trunk diameter around base to drip line
  • New trees: mix 1–2 cups with backfill soil in planting hole.
