Posted on in Grange News

With many families, livestock and pets displaced because of the local fires, there is a need to provide essential products to those affected.  Grange Co-op is prepared to help as a donation collection site.  All Grange Co-op locations are now accepting pet and livestock donations.  Donated supplies will be distributed to the city’s large evacuation hubs. Organizations and evacuation locations Grange Co-op is currently working with to provide relief in the community include:

Jackson County Expo

Southern Oregon Emergency Aid

Yuba Habitat for Humanity

Klamath County Fairgrounds

Grange Co-op is also providing customers the opportunity to Round Up their transactions at check-out. Proceeds collected will go directly to local fire relief efforts. Donations will remain in the community in which they are donated.

Grange Co-op is committed to serving the community and will continue coordinating with local relief efforts to ensure those who need emergency supplies the most are receiving them.  Grange Co-op extends its deepest sympathies to those in the face of adversity. “Just as our community has supported us for over 85 years, we will continue to provide the same support to our community, customers and employees. Amid this disaster, many families are experiencing their biggest time of need, we are happy to step up and help,” stated Neil Itzen, CEO of Grange Co-op.
