I price shopped egg cartons for an Easter Sunday project for the kids at my church. Your cartons were priced just right so I placed my order an April 3rd. A week went by without a confirmation email or receiving my item. I emailed and got a response that day saying the item was being pushed through to priority shipping and I would receive a tracking number and should receive my item by the date I needed it. I never received the tracking number. I emailed twice more and never heard back. My Children’s Ministry Leader had to make an extra trip 30 minutes out of her way to purchase egg cartons because yours didn’t arrive. I received your egg cartons the Monday following. We will keep our purchase because I am sure we will use them in the future but I will more than likely not order from your site again. – H.V.C., Kansas City, MO

While we’re sorry you did not receive yours, emails that are not received can usually be traced back to either an email client that routed the message to the Junk or Spam folder, or a problem with the address we were provided. This would also explain never receiving your tracking number, or responses to your other emails, because we do respond to every email we receive from our customers.
This is the first year we have carried this particular egg carton, and we received far more orders than expected. We ordered in more as quickly as possible, and we placed a notification on the item’s shopping page letting customers know that shipment would be delayed. It was so so. Easy to purchase. But twice my product has arrived damaged. Upsetting since my product is so expensive over 150 dollars. But my horse benefits from this product so it’s much needed. Thank you – love it, but you need better instructions. You don’t mention that we should screw in the bottom feeder – we have to figure that out. And the mounting brackets aren’t explained – you don’t say the metal things go on the mounting surface and the black ones go on the green tube. You could make it clearer, step by step. But I like it and the service was quick!

Very badly. When I went to pick up my hb-feeders they were, ALL missing pieces and the sales people tried to give them to me that way. I had to drive two hours each way to pick these up. They then robbed or took pieces of other hb-feeders to make them complete and took them (stupidly) I got home and tried to use them and they didn’t fit together properly. One fell apart on me two times. What a mess to clean up, ants, wasps!!!!!!!. Finally, someone atyhe the medford location sent me new ones. and so far the two I have used seem to be okay. Thank you for giving me a chance to tell you and yours what an awesome job you did. I just had two knees replaced and I have two small but strong dogs to control, now more than ever. I have worked at PetSmart for 10 years and have always been against the use of pinch collars as a means of controlling dogs. However, I have a friend who is a dog trainer, and promised me that with the right collars, and the right training, I would be able to walk my dogs with undue force. Shopping experience….Yes, went OK. Internet shopping usually is easy. Your website is user friendly, and ordering was quick and easy. However, very slow to receive product. Took too long! We are spoiled by Amazon 3 to 4 day turn around on orders! Purchase showed up on my credit card statement before product arrived. Finally called after a week went by with no email follow-up with shipping info. Was told you were out of the bait, but were expecting it in next day or so. After 3-4 more days, got an email from you saying that it wood ship soon. Couple more days later, another email saying it had shipped. Another 3-4 days, bait showed up. But….. this product really works well. Have been using it for 6 or 7 years, ever since Big Brother took away my use of Aluminum Phosphide w/o hazmat applicator license. We have negotiated what, across the industry, are very good rates, and we pass those on to our customers: you pay the same shipping rates we do. Where you see lower rates or free shipping with other retailers, typically they have chosen to roll the shipping charges into the cost of the item. With our way, you pay the best price we can offer for the item, and you get to make decisions for which shipping options you need separately.

1. Your side shipping was fast while FedEx ground is poor, I would say that UPS ground is a much better choice. FedEx tried the 1st attempt on Saturday, I wasn’t available (My luck that even though I was waiting them so bad because my parrots run out of seeds, but the delivery guy came just when I went out for 10 minutes). What happened is that he left a note that he will come again on the next business day (which is their policy and I respect it)… I have been waiting for the whole Monday, but he didn’t show up at all! the delivery was made on Tuesday and when I opened the box, the bag was opened and seeds are out of it and spread everywhere! the box is strong and well-tight from its corners, so seeds didn’t go out of the box. I spent around 15 minutes collecting seeds back to the bag… That what happened with my delivery!

I was extremely unhappy with a huge box full of light green packing peanuts. The item was 2 inches tall and the box was over 10 inches tall filled with the peanuts. Packing peanuts are bad for the environment and are not recyclable. I think you need to revamp your outdated shipping procedures. I probably won’t order from Grange Coop again because of that. The item you ordered was fragile; to make sure packages arrive in good condition, we are actually experimenting with some different materials at this time, and we appreciate your feedback. Whenever possible, we reuse packing materials. EPS (expanded polystyrene), the material in packing peanuts, is recyclable, but most curbside programs do not accept the material and we understand that you may have limited recycling options locally. One positive about packing peanuts is that they can be reused again and again. In fact, the Alliance of Foam Packaging Recyclers has a Peanut Hotline that will help you find a retailer near you that will gladly reuse the material. You may reach them Monday – Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET at 800-828-2214.

The item arrived scratched on one side. The item was not properly packaged and the box arrived with a hole on one side. There were also no instructions on how to fasten the latch so the sliding door would stay shut. The latch was not properly soldered on and was loose.
