Liquid Nails Project Construction Adhesive LN-601 Is A Proven High-quality, Waterproof Adhesive That Creates A Strong Durable Bond That Remains Flexible, Bridges Gaps Up To 3/8" And Offers Up To 10 Minutes Working Time.

Surface Preparation

Make Sure That All Surfaces Are Clean, Dry, And Structurally Sound Before The Product Is Applied. Cut And Pre-fit Materials Prior To Installation.

Application

Insert Liquid Nails Cartridge Into A Standard Caulking Gun. Cut Nozzle At 45° Angle To Desired Bead Size Marked On The Nozzle. Puncture Inner Seal With Nail Or Wire.

Bonding Paneling To Furring Strips Or Studs: Apply A Zigzag 1/4" (.64 Cm) Bead Of Adhesive To Each Strip Or Stud To Be Covered By Material. Position Paneling So Edges Meet At Stud Center. Only Severely Warped Materials Will Require Finishing Nails At The Top And Bottom.

Bonding Panels, Corkboard, Etc. To Flat Surfaces: Apply 1/4" (.64 Cm) Zigzag Vertical Adhesive Bead A Maximum Of 12" (30 Cm) Apart, Within 1-1/2" (3 Cm) Of All Edges.

Quick-Bond Method: Press Materials Firmly Into Place And Pull Away For 3 To 5 Minutes, Then Press Back Into Place.

Note: One Surface Must Be Porous.

Clean Up

Use Mineral Spirits Or An Adhesive Remover.

Contains Organic Solvents Which May Cause Adverse Effects To The Environment If Disposed Of Improperly. Place Empty Containers In Normal Refuse For Disposal. Contact Your Sanitation Department Or Household Hazardous Waste Coordinator For Information Concerning Possible Re-use Or Disposal Of Unused Solvent-containing Adhesives And/or Sealants.
