Privacy Policy
To our valued customers: On July 1, 2001, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act became a new national law. This law requires that any financial institution, or any business which works with consumer credit, must supply to its customers a notice about its privacy policies and practices. This letter to you, our customer, is fulfilling our responsibilities under that law.
1. We collected nonpublic personal information about you when you established credit with us, during your transactions with us or perhaps from a consumer reporting agency, if applicable.
2. We do not disclose nor do we reserve the right to disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law. We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law.
3. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to employees who need to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your information.
We are pleased that you have allowed us to be of service to you and hope in the future to continue our relationship.
Thank you,
Bill Christie
