Grange Co-op Gift Cards make giving easy! Not sure what to get them for mother’s day, father’s day, a housewarming party, birthday or Christmas?

A Grange Co-op gift card is perfect for all occasions. Gifts for any cowboy, cowgirl, gardener, wild bird enthusiast or pet lover on your list. Gift cards are usually shipped within 2 business days anywhere in the U.S. and are sent via USPS to the address you specify during checkout.

GIFT CARD FAQ

How do I use the Gift Card?

The Gift Card is simple to use and can be redeemed at any of the Grange Co-op’s retail stores. Present your Card for payment at register, and the amount of your purchase is deducted from the Card. The remaining card balance will appear on your receipt.

Can anyone use my Gift Card?

Yes, treat the Card like cash. Your name does not appear on the Card.
You may use it yourself or give it to anyone you choose.

What if I lose the card? What if it is stolen? What if my card is damaged?

If your Gift Card is lost, stolen, or damaged immediately contact our Main Office M-F 8am-5pm: 800-888-6317 (excluding major holidays). We will attempt to cancel your Gift Card and issue a new one with the remaining balance Less the $1.99 shipping fee. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced without the store or PayPal receipt. Grange Co-op shall have no liability to you for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

What is your Order Cancellation and Return Policy for Gift Cards?

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Prior to shipment, Please contact our Main Office M-F 8am-5pm: 800-888-6317. (excluding major holidays). Grange Co-op cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

What can I purchase with my Gift Card?

Use your Gift Card to purchase any merchandise in our retail stores as allowed by law.

Can Gift Cards be used for online purchases?

Not at this time.

How do I check the remaining balance on my Gift Card?

Check your most recent receipt or take your card to any of Grange Co-op’s retail locations to check remaining value. Or contact our Main Office M-F 8am-5pm: 800-888-6317. (excluding major holidays).

Can I add more value to my Gift Card?

Yes, however value may only be added with card present at any of our retail locations.

Do I throw away my card when the value is used?

Yes, cards may be disposed of when they reach a value of $0.00 or you may return these to any of our locations to be recycled.

May I use a Gift Card to pay down my Grange Co-op credit account?

No, Gift cards may only be used to purchase merchandise in our retail stores.

Does my Gift Card ever expire?

No, there is no expiration date for cards that have a value on them.

What if I live outside the US?

Grange Co-op does not process orders for customers who reside outside of the US.
