Recipe: Honey Spice Cake

Honey Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups Pancake Mix
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1/4 teaspoon mace
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/2 cup raisins

Cooking Directions

1. Cream honey, brown sugar and butter.
2. Beat eggs and add.
3. Combine all dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
4. Stir in raisins and nuts.
5. Pour into greased 8×10 inch pan.
6. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
7. Frost if desired.
